Andy regularly lectures on external courses and seminars. In particular he delivers courses for trainee patent attorneys preparing for their qualifying examinations, which include the United Kingdom examination "Final Diploma Paper 4" (Patent Infringement and Validity), as well as the European examinations for "Patent Drafting" and "Patent Amendment". We have been particularly impressed by Andy’s ability to quickly understand the detail and relevance of patent claims, regardless of the technology or field involved, and to clearly present opinions and advice in an easily understood manner.
